Cute reception staff were helpful and accommodating.

Climbing multiple flights of stairs was exhausting. The towels provided only get changed every four days unless you pay extra, unheard of for a place at this price. To top it off, the noise from the street made it hard to get a peaceful night's rest.

A fully equipped kitchenette. The proximity to the city center allowed us to explore easily, though the walk from the bus terminal was a bit lengthy after sunset.

I had a really great stay and would stay here again, thank you. Original and ideal hotel, nice staff, truly enjoyed the brilliant location really close to the city center and the jewis area, near the railway station, and a mini supermarket and coffee shop. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of meals. The service was helpful, no complains at all.

The rooms were stylish and brand-new, equipped with coffee, WiFi and soundproof windows. The location was amazing, only 5 minutes walk to Main Square.

The apartment was fantastic and cozy, but the remote for the TV was broken.

Jeez, the location's a dream! Old Town and Kazimierz just a short stroll away. The staff were totally lovely, sorted out our transfers and a trip to the Salt Mine without any hassle. Plus the room was very comfy and clean, a lekker bonus!

The shower head had a little issue, but the chommies at reception fixed it sharp-sharp!

Located in a quiet area, the easy access to both the old town and train station made commuting easy. The spacious room was impeccably clean and provided comfortable beds for a restful sleep. Staff were friendly and approachable, always ready to assist with local recommendations. The lack of dining options on-site limited meal choices.

The location is amazin, just a short walk to the main square and close to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, like a fridge and microwave. Reception staff were really helpful, gave us good tips for exploring krakow. The bed was super comfy, best sleep ever! My stay was fantastic and definetly would come back!

It got really cold in the room sometimes and no curtains made it a little awkward.
